Welcome to the research page for the Greensboro Food Truck Pilot Project. We are a team of faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students from UNC-Greensboro who are helping to collect data for this pilot project. We are interested in providing a more detailed picture of “what happened” when the food trucks came to Commerce Place in Downtown Greensboro. We are collecting observations, structured interviews, and online follow-up surveys.
